That's our road, yes, but we're not looking to get back on it any time soon in a car, except to drop off groceries. We've been traveling so much lately, we're both looking forward to some time in our own backyard, cruising by foot power alone, the alleys and streets of Troina.
We do love to drive here though as every turn it seems, even those we've been down before, many times, offers some new perspective, some new moment of awe and wonder that causes us to pause and just shake our heads in wonder. Really, unless you've been to Sicily it's difficult to describe. The terrain here is truly something special and oftentimes feels part of some painting or other world.
It brings to mind our month long trip we made back in 2021, our first visit alone together to Sicily. It was 30 days of driving around the island, much of which left us speechless.
I want to share that story again with you now as many of you are new to The Revelate and may not have seen it or the video which accompanied it.
